The Story So Far

Bambola is the spirit and driving force behind Indiana painter Noelle Mazza. Bambola plays with dualities but never stays fixed—like a diamond turned in the light, the work embraces change, risk, and discovery. One painting may feel structured, another may come out wild and restless, but both come from the same current of instinct and momentum.

ABOUT THE MAGIC
I appreciate and respect so many different types of art. All of it shapes the way I see and create. My personal style leans into strong, bold lines with a gritty feminine twist, often layered with subtle or cryptic pop-culture references that shift depending on the piece. In my works, I enjoy showing motion, texture, and hope that views discover a conection.
My goal as an arist is to create a gut-level reaction—both in the creation process and in the way the work is viewed. When somone looks at an artwork and says, “There’s something about this…” that moment is what keeps me creating. I’ve learned I don’t need to understand the full meaning of a piece while I’m making it. When I focus on creating to create, the rest just works itself out. I believe life works that way too when you trust yourself and your unique process.
In addition to being a lifelong creative, I'm a mother and music junkie. I find inspiration in all parts of life. In contrast, chaos, quiet moments, and the weird in-betweens. I’m proud and grateful to work alongside other artists and creatives in Fort Wayne, especially at community-driven events. Bambola thrives in those environments—where art, people, and stories collide naturally.
If something caught your eye or if you’ve got a wild idea and need a creative partner to help bring it to life, let's connect. Alongside my studio practice, I’ve built a strong foundation in marketing and event coordination, especially with local and family-owned businesses. Those skills have helped me harness the creative side of what I do. Let's make sure ideas have room to grow, no?
